Delete My Account

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account.

If you would like to permanently delete your account, you can do so directly within the app by following the steps below:

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to your account in the mobile app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap the "Delete My Account" button.
  4. Confirm your request when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account?

  • Your account profile will be permanently removed.
  • You will lose access to the app and its features.
  • Any active sessions will be terminated.

Medical Records & Legal Retention

Please note: Because we operate as a healthcare platform in the United States, certain medical records may need to be retained in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Where required by law, we may retain certain health records for the legally mandated retention period. These records will be securely stored and protected, and will not be used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
